I've been digging into military history. My son, who graduated Boot Camp last year is a SeaBee in NMCB 11 deployed to Camp Shields in Okinawa.

 CM3 Marvin Shields was the only SeaBee awarded the Medal of Honor. He was in NMCB 11 nicknamed "The Lucky Eleven" at the time and was awarded posthumously. 

My son is in that unit. It was a pretty big deal over there when they arrived at the camp named after him.
