Had to take the day off. Went to go to work this morning and discovered someone had broken into my car in an attempt to steal it. They must have had a tool to open the door because there was no damage to the door. They destroyed my steering column, ripped the housing apart, and broke both of the controller arms. Called the police to attend; they gave me a report number. Went to my insurance, got a claim number and a rental. Just waiting for the insurance adjuster to contact me. Low life scumbag, pricks.
